What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Free shipping anywhere in Bangladesh.

International shipping, regular DHL or FedEx rate shall be applicable.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Visa, Master, American Express, DBBL NEXUS, bKash, Rocket, Surecash, iPay, Upay and okWallet.

How long will delivery take?

If no alteration required: within 5-7 days (if product is available in stock)

If alteration is required then 15-20 days. A sales representative will personally follow up by phone or email

For customized orders 20-25 days. A sales representative will personally follow up by phone or email

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secureserver software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will be notified by email or telephone once your order has been confirmed. A customer representative will be in communication to follow up about delivery date and time.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed.
